At RR Fabrication, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since many of our products are custom-manufactured, this policy governs cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation
Before Production Starts
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
If production has not commenced, eligible payments will be refunded after deducting administrative charges.

After Production Starts

Once manufacturing has started:
Orders cannot be cancelled.
No refund will be issued.
Materials procured specifically for the project are non-refundable.

Customized Products

The following are non-cancellable and non-refundable:
Custom Electrical Panels
Customized Cable Trays
Storage Racks
Fabricated Structures
Special Engineering Products

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:
RR Fabrication is unable to execute the order.
Payment was made in excess.
Duplicate payment occurred.

Damaged Products

If products arrive damaged:
Customers must report within 48 hours with:
Photos
Delivery receipt
Order details
After inspection, we may:
Replace the product
Repair the product
Provide partial/full refund (where applicable)

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
